Delivery Information
We dispatch all orders frozen using DPD's 24 hour service.
We dispatch Monday-Thursday. our daily cut off for orders is 11am. Any orders placed after 11am Thursday will be dispatched the following Monday.
You will need to ensure you are available to take delivery the following day after placing your order based on the above information.
DPD will contact you on the day of delivery to give you your approximate delivery window.
We ensure the product will arrive to you frozen within the 24 hour delivery period from dispatch to delivery. We cannot accept liability for unsigned or missed deliveries.
We suggest any product that has shown signs of thawing is put into the fridge to continue defrosting and used first, while the remainder is stored in the freezer until it is needed.
